Social Media Policy for Third-Party Users
1. Purpose
This Social Media Policy outlines the expectations and guidelines for third-party users interacting with the social media accounts of our Wyoming Health Council (WHC) project. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and informative online community.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all third-party users, including patients, visitors, vendors, community members, and other stakeholders who interact with the clinic's social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other official online channels.
3. Guidelines for Third-Party Users
To promote a positive experience on our social media channels, we ask all users to adhere to the following guidelines:

Confidentiality and Privacy: Do not post personal health information (yours or others) on the WHC’s social media pages. Wyoming Health Council is committed to protecting patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws. Posts or comments that include personal medical information will be removed.
Relevant Content: Comments and posts should be relevant to the WHC's services, health education, or topics related to family planning and reproductive health. Irrelevant or off-topic comments may be removed.
No Endorsement of Third-Party Content: Comments and posts by third-party users do not constitute endorsements by the WHC. The WHC is not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by third parties.
